Mt. Onsra, a multi-instrumentalist duo based in Southwest England, UK, fuses alternative rock into a distinct sound. Simon Allen and Russell Cleave, the faces behind Mt. Onsra, first crossed paths in 1995, forming a band before life took them to London and later, separate ways. The duo's music journey paused until a shared experience of the global pandemic reignited their collaborative spark. Amid the UK's first lockdown, a commitment to craft a single song blossomed into a 10-song album, ‘Written in Silence’. This album, symbolising their lockdown narrative, was composed and recorded remotely, with the pair exchanging files but not words until its completion. Over two decades, both nurtured careers outside music—within the NHS and Education sectors. However, the lockdown led them back to music, aiding the national Covid Response by day and crafting ‘Written in Silence’ by night. This creation served as an emotional outlet, a quest for meaning and connection encapsulated in a blend of raw, intimate yet orchestrated and loud tunes. Their musical paths had veered over the years—Russell ventured into forming Brotherhood of the Lake & Helpless, relishing global tours and acclaim from notable platforms like Radio 1 Rock Show, Kerrang & Metal Hammer. Conversely, Simon, under the pseudonym Esay, unveiled a solo album ‘Hundreds and Thousands’, produced by Tom Dalgety, earning a Bath Folk Festival Award and joining alt-country band littlemen. Mt. Onsra's alternative rock reverberates a chance to connect with a realm beyond, drawing inspiration from bands like Tool, Slint, Midlake, QOTSA, and Fugazi.

The Health and Wellbeing Board are responsible for carrying out a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, creating a Health and Wellbeing Strategy and ensuring that all commissioners are meeting the strategy.
