• Worked with staff and vendors to create concept’s branding and business development – to round out the portfolio of a multi-million dollar restaurateur by capturing a health-focused audience.

• Worked as a team with the Communications Director for a multimillion dollar generating restaurant group with a total of nine different entities in Greenville, S.C. – one of the fastest growing cities in the Southeast –.
• Created media briefings for James Beard Award winning chefs and accompanied them to media interviews with local and national publications including Southern Living, Restaurant Hospitality, Food & Wine and Ebony.
• Managed Instagram and Facebook accounts for all nine different entities within Table 301, building their following, posting pictures and events, and engaging with followers.
