- Working with government authorities and the staff overseas, working with external professionals and vendor management, accounting, banking, translations, salaries, providing a professional opinion about different issues, coordinating meetings and flights, month end documentation preparing for the external accountant- Managed communication with customers to ensure payments and evaluate all expired accounts and maintain accurate records

- Planned and executed more than 10 events from the scratch for 10-50 attenders- Event main idea formulation, planning and budgeting, attracting sponsors and speakers, booking the hall / room for the event, social media content planning (mainly Instagram & Facebook) and attracting an audience, food and beverages purchases, logistics & event decoration- Getting feedback from the attenders by Google Forms and analyzing data with the purpose to improving services
