Increased performance and consistency by standardizing hourly requirements, and minimized setup errors.• Enhanced communication and code understanding by establishing programming guidelines, holding peer reviews, and generating developer documentation. • Managed software engineering, version releases, and deployed source code control across global teams. Directed the creation of system design documents. Established software verification procedures for quality control, which minimized post-commissioning failure incidents. • Established a quotation workflow that improved the engineering presales process.
