In an effort to get all kids creating, collaborating, and learning to code, Connected Camps, a new benefit corporation, is partnering with Institute of Play, a nonprofit organization, in offering a low-cost four-week online Minecraft camp. My responsibilities include:- Responsible for making sure our offerings meet the needs of community-basedorganizations and the youth they serve. This includes overseeing some of our team’sproducts and integration points with partner products.- Work with internal and external teams to establish efficient workflows and continuouslyimprove processes related to the planning and delivery of programs, as well asimplementing best practices.- Manage outreach efforts and maintain partnerships with external organizations- Interface and work closely with any for-profit partners. Define, prioritize, track andmanage tasks related to the sub-projects- Ability to work well as a member of a highly collaborative and distributed team composedof both technical and non-technical members.- Support and engage with the community of researchers, practitioners, parents and youth.- Implement ongoing quality assessment systems to ensure high quality deliveries in atimely manner.- Own, maintain and publish high quality & appropriate project documentation for theteam and a range of customers.- Monitor the progress of all programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure thesuccessful completion of the project.- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staffin the organization on the progress of the project.
