I have worked at Boston College as a Training Advisor since 2008-2014, was assisting students with their studies, installing software in computers, packing study materials, stockroom assistance when the college is closed, assist at the reception, registering students, customer service, troubleshooting computers, installing printer, student invigilator, mark formatives exams, tms and labsim installation and call students for absenteeism and payment of fees etc.Also worked at DSV Distribution as a Site Clerk from May 2014-July 2016. Capture study materials for students using Columbia system and also check if captured correctly. Assist my manager with Admin, Queries, Reports, Inbound and Outbound calling. Answer calls from students and the client and also clean. In August 2016 got a job as an Administration Clerk from DSV Automotive. I did billing, dealt with emails, queries (also exports), service level agreement, filing, taking minutes, track parcels, update delays, delivering parcels to clients, receiving parcels, management report, updating staff timesheets also capture parcels using Dispatcher system, print for staff, scan documents until my contract ended in January 2019.I have studied Office Administration Diploma, Data Capturer, Intro to Web Design, Sales Consultant, Marketing Research and Software Specialist. I am hardworking, timekeeper, helper and give advises and caring.Currently looking for a job which can be Administration, Data Capturing, Customer service and I am good with computers.
