Key responsibilities:Managing end to end employee life cycle (right from recruitment till exit) Recruitment: various domains: Technical publications;IT;engineering & designing;aerospace designing;Oil & Gas;Business development;Accounts& finance; HR & AdminEmployee Engagement : organising annual meet;outbound training for employees.Payroll support: collation of time sheets,preparation of Leave data; preparation of notes for salary advances & loans. Facility management: management of petty expenses budgets,vendors & vendor payments etc.Vendor management: one point contact for vendors ;coordination with vendors about agreements, invoices & invoice updates;resource hiring.Statuary compliances: Liaison with the labour officers & PF officers for regular documentations. maintenance of labour compliance related records & timely submission of the same.

Key responsibilities as a Senior Manager: Analyzing and validating the requirementsSourcing profiles from job sites,networking,leads,references and head huntingPreliminary screening and validating the profiles for fitment .Scheduling shortlisted candidates with the client for the Face to face / Telecon interviewsEvaluate candidate’s communication and soft skillsFollowup with the offered candidates and hand holding them till they join.Clarifying the candidates queries on the offer and benefits
