My job as Commissioner is to help creating a bridge between the ASM students, staff and the faculty in general, hoping to provide a healthy and stimulating workspace for everyone in ASM, through several initiatives

RED is a student rocketry team that is one of the several projects of Aerotéc. The main goal of this team was to design, build, launch, and recover a rocket capable of reaching 3km to participate in international competitions, such as the European Rocketry Challenge (EuRoC).During my 2 years of work on this project, I had the opportunity to work both in solid and hybrid propulsion. The first year was focused on developing and testing our solid motor, Mariachi. I took part in the assembling and testing of the motor for several of the conducted static fire tests, as well as fuel production. My recruitment project was, however, focused on doing research on and designing the propulsion system for the soon-to-be-implemented hybrid motor. I also participated in the 2022 EuRoC edition, where we achieved 2nd Place in the General Classification and a Flight Award for the Solid-3K category.My second year was mainly focused on doing more research on the hybrid motor and establishing connections for future components of the propulsion subsystem. I also took part in some of the static fire tests of the new iteration of Mariachi for the 2023 EuRoC edition. These 2 years taught me, above all technical skills, how to better work as a team, solve problems and work under pressure.
