BiG is a leading Portuguese digital-first bank focused on investments and savings for high net worth individuals and organizations.The internship main objective was to bring the best practices from FinTech startups to the digital transformation of the banking sector.The result consisted in the presentation of 7 opportunities to the firm's top executives ranging from profiling; open banking and PSD2; to micro-investing and wealth management.The bank has successfully implemented some of the solutions which are used on a daily basis by its clients.

Development and implementation of a strategic plan with great focus on a marketing strategy to position the brand as the leader in board sports performance. The goals for 2017 and 2018 included work with the best Surf athletes and brands in Portugal to become the national reference.

Hoodland is a brand of classic minimalist watches selling through an e-commerce store. The brand grew organically, mainly through an Instagram page with more than 14k followers. This experience gave me the opportunity to improve on multiple areas from negotiation and strategy to consumer behavior and marketing.- Application of lean methodologies to achieve 13x ROI;
