•Create detailed design drawings using related specifications of civil/electrical equipment according to engineering and planner sketches with computer aided drafting system.• Utilize data and drawings to determine design factors such as layout, equipment, apparatus, wiring, and other drawing types necessary to produce substation and line design job packages.• Construct and revise diagrams, schematics, layouts, multi-view, and various drawing designs from engineers' and planners' markups to support the construction and maintenance of electrical utility infrastructure for TELCO as well as ELCO systems.

• Under the direction of the Crew Chief, supported the land survey process by physically assisting with the acquisition of survey data points and construction layout.• Duties involved obtaining land survey data, such as angles, elevations, points, and contours using Trimble Robotic & GPS equipment.

• Managed the annual citywide catch basin cleaning contract including the scheduling of work, inspection of completed work, and preparation of monthly pay estimates.• Prepared contract prints depicting the location of catch basins currently scheduled to be cleaned.• Utilized Geographic Information and Work Order Management Systems for the execution and management of the work. • Observed maintenance and emergency repairs to catch basins, manholes, sewers, storm drains, water services, and water mains.
