In my current role as Chapter leader, I am responsible for bringing engineering excellence to the Legal, Risk and Compliance product area by building technical expertise for the scrum teams/squads, carve out learning plan for teams and contribute to product roadmap in collaboration with the global product team. I work in collaboration with Squad Leads to define engineering goals and help the team deliver on Organizational KPIs. I am also involved in defining Engineering maturity model/Strategy for Vendor/LowCode platforms and Automation strategy for Low Code platforms for Software Engineering group.Leading and contributing to Associate Experience group at Org level which focuses on enhancing Associate experience by creating CoPs, organizing events, building culture of recognition.
