As a member of the Data Acquisitions team, my role involves facilitating communication between a device and various components of a propulsion system, such as the engine, feed system, and other related networks. My responsibilities include designing graphical user interfaces in QML for propulsive devices. These interfaces display critical data such as pressure, temperature, valve state, force, and more. In addition, I design custom circuits, like spark igniters and strain gauge calibrators. For certain projects, I also handle the integration of these circuits onto PCBs using EasyEDA, as needed. A significant part of my job is wiring, troubleshooting signal and power issues, which becomes particularly crucial during the testing phase with Water and Liquid Nitrogen.Currently my responsibilities are mainly revolved around transitioning our existing Data Acquisition System onto an integrated PCB in order to reduce errors that used to form from loose wired and connection. This new system will allow for better signal transmission and integrity while also increasing portability.

I work in this role as an editor, content researcher, article writer, creative content manager, and website developer (using HTML, CSS, Javascript, React). This 501c3 Nonprofit was started in December of 2020 and I have contributed by writing one of the articles that will be published in the first issue of the magazine, aiding in the editing process of all the 7+ articles, coordinating with the artists in creating a diverse range of imagery to supplement the articles, and learning how to develop a website from scratch in order to make the process fully homegrown.

In this position, I used my experience from being in our Religious Choir (8+ years), playing the Dilruba (5+ years), and playing the Thabla (5+ years), in order to teach students. I created lesson plans over the course of the week and determined in class what needed to be taught. Due to the zoom nature I was able to hold classes for students in different time zones as well. In addition to teaching online, I also taught at USC when the schools opened in person in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 and hope to continue to do so. In order to effectively teach I put a lot of attention into creating supplemental materials that would provide the best individualized learning experience for each student.

Using my experience in Mathematics (up to linear algebra, but only tutoring till Algebra), Python, Front End Javascript, Argumentative Essay writing, and Basic Circuit design and function I was able to provide catered experiences to students who required assistance in those subjects. Learning from my role in the Science Outreach club, and from my time as a musical instructor, I was able to better create lesson plans and assist in supplementing the different learning styles of my students. Although I did not work in this position full time, I did provide up to 90 hours of tutoring every year.

As a volunteer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, my responsibilities are diverse with regards to the daily functioning of the nursing station. My duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the nursing station and ensuring essential supplies, such as gloves and Kim Wipes, are adequately stocked in various nursing quadrants. I handle patient calls to the nursing station, take detailed messages, and relay these to the appropriate nurses using the phone-system in place, aiding in effective communication. During shift changes, which occur from 6:30 to 7:00, I update the shift board, with assistance from the Charge nurse, to reflect the current duty roster. In addition, I sanitize and replace the nurses' phones with fully charged ones to ensure that the nurses in the AM roster have fully charged devices. I sometimes, with the assistance of the NCT, help manage staff log-in procedures, noting the start and end times of shifts to keep an accurate record.

Resident Assistants are full-time students who live in the residential communities and provide leadership to the community. Resident Assistants are responsible for facilitating Trojan Talks and social/educational community meetings, connecting students with campus resources, and enforcing residence hall policies.

Background: I have been in Science Outreach since September 2019. Over the course of three years, I have graduated to the position of president. Description: This club has a mission of introducing a science curriculum in local 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-grade classrooms around USC that is otherwise not present due to current school funding. Science Outreach has organized teams each semester, with a set of 8-10 science experiments which are supplemented by a club-made catered booklet for which all the planning is done over the summer. The club, as of 2022, has grown to an astounding 21 classrooms and 200+ college volunteers. General Member (2019-2020) I joined as a general member in my first year. I went into classrooms and assisted the session leader with roles or duties that needed to be performed such as teaching key words or doing a class demonstration. Session Leader (2020-2021) Afterward, I became a session leader whose job was to organize directions and plan of action for the assigned classroom we were supposed to teach. We would receive all instructions from an Experiment Manager. Experiment Manager (2021-2022) Preceding my tenure as a Session Leader, I became an Experiment Manager whose job was to create the experiments and Booklets over the summer and present them on the Tuesday and Sunday before the session when the respective experiment was to take place. The role included not only describing effective methods of teaching and scientific objectives to relay to the students but also troubleshooting when experiment materials went missing or when the procedure could not be completed due to an unanticipated fault. President (2022-2023) I am now currently president overseeing the Finance, Operations, and External Team within the club. As President of the USC SSA in 2019 I had to work toward rebuilding the club due to a lack of awareness and attendance. I began by looking through the USC directories in order to create a mailing list for potential members, along with creating introductory posters and cards for the involvement fair. The involvement fair is a time given to clubs so that they may allow open access to students walking by. After the first year, we spent the second year rebuilding our social media presence and learning about School grants to which we applied in the 2021-2022 year. We helped individuals arrange transportation to and from the Sikh Religious Place of Worship (the Gurudwara). Additionally, my job entailed transportation of materials, food, and people to and from either vendors or distant areas. I was required to fill out and assist in the creation of funding applications which would be presented to a board and given approval. My role as president in the year 2022-2023 entails working to expand on these now well-developed pillars and initiating more collaborations with people on Campus.
