I am currently working with Local Governments, Punjab in their Urban Digital Transformation Program - mSeva Punjab. I lead the IT dept. in PMIDC, a non-profit company constituted by the Department of Local Government with an objective to uplift the living standard of the urban population in the State of Punjab. And currently, my team and I are working towards digitally transforming the municipalities in Punjab to improve the overall efficiency of Public Delivery Systems.I have over 20 years of experience in information technology and service delivery sectors such as transportation and the banking domain. I have rich experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle right from requirements gathering, gap analysis, project design & solutions, development, testing and delivery.Other than Technical expertise, after working on multiple projects and leading multiple teams I have gained excellent expertise in leading cross-functional teams and solving complex problems. My analytical abilities, communication skills and stakeholder management skills have helped me to achieve consistent performance while working on diverse and distributed projects across India.
