• Working on Expedia’s Vrbo Post booking Applications• Leading an agile team to continuously improve, focusing on maturing the basic agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iterations demos, retrospectives and story refinement, with Sprint & Kanban setup.• Assist with release/iteration planning and project management via product backlog and user-story management, such as actively maintain and prioritize the product backlog and elaborate on user stories for the immediate iterations. Creating user stories following the INVEST model for better understanding.• Regularly refine the product backlog by adding, prioritizing, and/or removing feature-level user stories to maintain alignment to the product/project vision and roadmap. • Experienced in handling globally distributed teams. Creating working agreements, following best practices to ensure smooth functioning of distributed/remote teams.• Good experience of working in fast-paced environments requiring skills in scheduling, management, and team building.• Experienced in managing end to end project delivery, worked through all phases of software development life cycle, from requirements definition through testing and deployment.• Create project plans, weekly project status reports and communicate timeline changes, risks and issues to stakeholders and propose possible solutions.• Conduct project health assessments and adjust resources, scope, or timelines with approvals as needed.
