• Develop strong relationships with customers by careful listening and managing of their requirements.• Offer technical advice and provide comments on enquiry specification for customers, channel distributors and sales engineers regarding mechanical power transmission products.• Prepare on time quotations with all the required data that exceeds the customer’s needs.• Design and configure custom made products and solutions that are tailored to the customer’s specific requirements.• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues and how to solve them.• Present product trainings to customers, channel distributors and sales engineers highlighting competitive advantages and key differentiators.• Work on after sales support by addressing customer’s technical issues, warranty claims, commissioning.• Provide support in order handling and logistics services by following up on product delivery and invoicing. • Gather and analyze key performance indicators (hit rate, on time quote %, market share, sales overdue) to understand weaknesses and improve sales efficiency.• Support marketing activities by attending key events, shows and conferences to promote brand awareness. • Elaborate and share technical articles highlighting commercial success.
