Being elected Favors and Apparel Chair, I have the responsibility of creating, designing, execution, and distribution of all things “Alpha Chi Omega” for my sororities’ chapter. I am in charge of designing the item and working closely with companies such as Greekclick in order to execute the design. I work within a committee in the chapter, to ensure our vision is properly achieved. I work mostly with Adobe products (Illustrator and Photoshop) in order to do so. This position has allowed for me to grow creatively independently, as well as keeping in check within a team setting.

As a media marketing intern, I was able to work on group strategies to enhance the name of Revolution Live! and its sister venue, America’s Backyard. I was in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies on various social media websites. In addition to this, I created various flyers for print and for online promotion with use ofPhotoshop. I also was able to attend various Live Nation events to promote onsite and physical marketing.

As an intern for ‘Stache Media (RED), I was able to be apart of ‘Stache Media’s lifestyle marketing program. I was able to develop marketing skills by having direct involvement with online, tour, lifestyle, and retail marketing. I had to develop specific marketing strategies that catered directly towards my market (Florida State University), as well as further developing my skills with working within a team. I was given various artists that were represented by ‘Stache Media, and had to learn to effectively market the artist as a brand. This internship relied on both hand-to-hand interaction, but stressed social media marketing. Through helping represent over 15 artists over the course of this internship, I was able to further develop my skills in marketing using numerous social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr.

Had the responsibility of greeting customers and sat them according to sections. In addition, I helped to maintain the general upkeep of the restaurant and provide a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Working with Viral Media Crew allowed me to grow as a graphic designer. My responsibilities included all things design. From promotional materials, to musical artist’s logos, to company logos, I was able to test my skills by designing for a vast multitude. Working within a time limit was heavily stressed. With that, I was able to develop efficiency along with proficiency.
