I use the term WholeBeing to describe my coaching because I believe that we need access to all of our inner resources to maximize our human potential, and to lead and live fully. Research shows again and again that inner development drives outer impact. I use the Leadership Circle Profile as a foundation for my coaching with leaders. Based on the Universal Model of Leadership, it's a highly validated assessment that gives insight into mindsets, beliefs, emotions, and behaviors of the creative competencies that enhance leadership effectiveness, and reactive tendencies that limit it. Combined with coaching grounded in the self awareness that LCP brings, leaders have a powerful developmental path forward. In addition to working with the LCP, and depending on clients needs and interests, we may work together on increasing the body’s energy and vitality, opening to the emotional intelligence of the heart, finding clarity of thought that is no longer stuck in old beliefs and mindsets (and therefore behaviors) that are barriers to success, and/or how to align with soul-driven purpose and vision. The overall result we’ll aim for is aligned, empowered, positive and lasting change. My coach approach is focused at the intersection of well-being and leadership development. Our own capacity for effective, caring, and engaging leadership that inspires others to make their best contributions is grounded - in large part – in our own holistic well-being , and our capacity to be fully present to ourselves and to others. My emphasis on wholebeing means that our work together may focus on any or all aspects of the SPIRE model of wholebeing wellness: the Spiritual/Purpose Driven, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and/or EmotionalI founded Simcha Zevit Coaching after many years of experience helping others live into their best selves personally and professionally: as a rabbi, founder of a non-profit spirituality organization, an interfaith hospital chaplain, educator, mindfulness teacher, and as a trainer/facilitator. My passion is working with individuals, teams, and organizations who care about maximizing their inner potential to bring outer change that contributes to creating a better world where all can thrive.
