Created user flows and UI for an advanced software being developed. Took user flows from the sketching stage to high-fidelity mockups in an agile environment. Ideated on important features to build, and participated in Information Architecture discussions.

Having a passion and talent for multimedia and graphic design, I regularly collaborate with clients, accurately assessing and interpreting their needs and providing them with high-quality final products. Among these designs include invitations, a website, and various promotional and marketing materials.

As the go-to person in all things Excel, I was regarded highly among my colleagues, even tasked with training newer staff in various procedures. In a typical week, I monitored the company’s website, uploaded information about sales and products, as well as handled orders and customer concerns/questions. I also participated in regular meetings and collaborated with multiple individuals, including in-house colleagues and out-of-state professionals in the field. My efforts here resulted in consistently competitive pricing, engaging descriptions and images for clients, and greater marketability for the products we sold.

I was responsible for handling the formatting of the Science Department’s journals, which included using InDesign in particular to ensure proper alignment, imagery, and so forth. Before I left, I also developed a new template that is still in use today as the main source for publishing and designing the science journals.
