    As a result of a council motion to preserve stories from post-war migrants who settled in the council area, I managed and created an award-winning oral history program that became a legacy for the community and beyond. As a producer and team leader, my exceptional interpersonal skills, dedication and creativity successfully lead a team that included a Cultural Programs Officer, Communications Officer, Local Studies and Engagement Officer and 15 Volunteers (including academics, University students, researchers, authors and community members) to execute and deliver best practice for the Oral history industry. Extensive industry research and community consultation was conducted and over 100 interviews were recorded. As a result a high profile audio-visual history collection, website, travelling exhibition, school curriculum materials and nine public programs. I was responsible for all aspects including government procurement, budgeting, project framework and design, marketing and communications plan, media plan and more. I developed over 40 partnerships in the community and beyond in the oral history industry. Managed ten external suppliers, including videographers, graphic designers, web designers, photographers, education writers, exhibition designers and producers.
