By January 1st 2019 every electricity meter in Norway will be replaced by a new AMS (Advanced Metering System) smart meter. Nationwide this includes 2.6 million meters, of which SMARTservice installs around 650.000. The AMS meter rollout is the first significant update to the Norwegian electrical network in over 100 years, and the largest logistical project ever in Norway.My responsibilities as team leader are to make sure the Trondheim base, with its 145.000 units, is operating in a structured and effective manner towards our intermediate objectives, maintain dialogue and reporting towards the network company and the SMARTservice HQ, assist the base team in facilitating the 50 technicians that are installing meters in the region, and to focus on safety, continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Trondheim eiendom, the municipal facility services, is the largest division within Trondheim municipality, with about 580 employees across five departments. The maintenance department is responsible for maintaining and upgrading all municipal buildings in Trondheim, such as schools, kindergartens, health and welfare centers, as well as cultural and sports arenas. In total, about 950.000 sq.m of municipal real estate follows a four year cycle of continuous maintenance.As project manager I am responsible for surveying, planning, managing and reporting of all maintenance work and upgrades. This includes budgeting and finances.

After having been a part of a smaller corrosion monitoring team since I came to FORCE, I then gathered all of FORCE’s Corrosion Monitoring projects under one roof. Since 2012 I have been head of corrosion monitoring, leading the efforts in providing corrosion status, asset safety and cost efficiency to our Integrity Management clients.Through my communications and organisational skills, I manage and administrate quarterly offshore equipment service campaigns to several assets, while being the natural focal point between client and offshore service engineers.In 2012 I was internally appointed head of corrosion monitoring, and in 2013 I was made product responsible for corrosion monitoring.
