Led the creative direction for multiple web and mobile app products through user experience research, customer service, and usability tests.- LIFEBANK DONOR APP:The LifeBank donor app is aimed at helping individuals and hospitals get blood conveniently delivered to them at the right time and in the right condition. By designing a system to connect blood banks to hospitals, LifeBank has been able to decrease delivery time from 24 hours to less than 45 minutes.To date, the LifeBank Donor app has registered over 5,000 blood donors, moved over 15,000 units, served 300-plus hospitals, and saved more than 4,000 lives.- QUIP:The Quip app makes it easier for hospitals that can’t afford full-time Biomedical engineers (BMEs) to get the best of their medical equipment and assets.With Quip, hospitals know the number of equipment that are available and functional. They also get prompts for maintenance when the time is due.- STOCKBANK:Stockbank is a compelling solution to deliver Personal Protective Equipments in very high quality and affordable prices. StockBank by LifeBank is created to address the need to adequately provide PPE and consumables to the population and thereby reducing any supply shortage.
