I mentor, coach and lead teams of differing sizes and configurations.I have designed and implemented new growth strategies and performance improvement plans for several global ICT players as well as for commercial government organisations. I have consulted to clients in banking, media, telecoms, transport, creative industries, digital and government at both boutique and global tier one management consultancy firms. I have held full P&L responsibility for a b2b telecoms business unit, managed a challenging turnaround and delivered consistent financial results. I have provided mentorship to start-ups and am a trained Coactive coach. I have helped build new business units from scratch and individual value propositions, improved sales effectiveness, built new pipeline and sales channels.
