Monitor queues for live tasks and managing fraud alerts.- Caters ad hoc requests through email and skype on customer inquiries. Handles day-to-day document verification and investigation of players through background checks, KYC and EDD. - Creates daily report to determine high risk players, bonus abusers and identify money laundering transactions.
