E-Kart is a joint venture between Eczacibasi Holding-Giesecke&Devrient. I had managed implementation process of the HR practices which were projected, designed, planned and organised by Holding Company. And also I had managed the job evaluation project for the production staff with Hay Group. After the evaluation I designed wage and career management systems for production staff.

*Responsible for starting the HR Department in the factory. (Redesigning all of the processes related with HR including wage and salary management, performance management etc. - Challenging and wonderful experience)*Managing a successful project by applying fingerprint access control systems.(By doing so the conflicts about overtime works between employees and the employer had been ended)*Applying innovative methods for managing suppliers’code of conduct implementation programmes.*Managing most successful code of conduct audit projects in which the client (like H&M, Inditex...) and Internal Audit team have a constructive working relationship.*Coordinating with government authorities about employee relation and health&safety issues.*Pursuiting all administrative operations including security, maintenance, cleaning, insurance processes, car fleet management and facility management.*Liaising with building management on maintenance issues.*Dealing with subcontractors’openings and relocations, coordinating with involved parties as appropriate.

*Responsible for a portfolio of corporate companies’ all banking transactions and financial needs including loans, investment and treasury products, and cash management services. *Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the customers, understanding their needs, and advising suitable commercial practices.*Evaluating credit proposals, negotiating terms with customers and submitting proposals to the credit department for approval.*Working with cross-functional internal teams in delivering banking and financing solutions to the client portfolio. *Preparing proposals, executing all necessary negotiations and lead sales closure process to achieve predetermined sales target.
