Esas Sosyal, which operates in the field of youth and employment, supports newly graduated young people to gain their first work experience in non-governmental organisations during the transition from school to work with the İlk Fırsat Programme, which was launched in 2016. As part of this programme, I worked full-time as a Fundraising Specialist at the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Türkiye (TEGV) between November 2020 and October 2021.
