 Credit Management:o Analyze financial statements compiling credit ratings for clients based on bank’s standard models. o Visit clients, assess credit requirements, and prepare credit proposals.o Manage and enhance existing credit portfolio, risk analysis and solicit acceptable new relationships. Relationship Manager (Mid Corporate Group) o Establish account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with bank’s loan policy and prudential norms to maximize earnings, improve asset quality and contain risks.o The role includes analysis of financial statements, documentation and periodical client visits and cross selling. Retail Banking:o Consumer banking services to various individual customers over the counter, product marketing, risk management, client visits and cross selling. Internal Audit:o Providing reasonable assurance to the Board about adequacy and effectiveness of systems & procedures, risk management and compliance.o Examine the quality of appraisals, sanctions documentation and compliance of high value advances.
