GNC is a privately held regional company.– In charge of sales development for turnkey fulfillment opportunities for GNC Consumer Packaging and Display business. Direct project workflow and facilitate communication between sales, design, customer service, in-house fulfillment, and outside vendors and partners.– Develop strategic retailer relationships; obtained preferred supplier status with Sam’s Club. Grew incremental revenues in Value Added Fulfillment Services to $15M.– Directly support the Executive Leadership team in developing strategic initiatives for growing supply chain value proposition for clients and retailers.– Manage company fulfillment operations across multiple U.S. sites, totaling up to 5M square feet – including 800K SF of company-owned space. Establish 300K SF of “pop up” fulfillment centers during promotional seasons.– Developed multiple strategic partnerships with co-packers across the country.– Participate in the integration of Nulogy WMS to collect real time production data and inventory reporting.– Work with labor providers to sustain workforce at negotiated rates during peak seasons.
