Working along side our HRBP, this role varies from managing a wide variety of HR Learning and development topics, scoping, designing and facilitating internal training projects, managing recruitment and planning for early careers. Reviewing creating business metrics & analysing data.- Responsible for reporting; capable at creating key analytics and metrics to the leadership team- Responsible for HR Communications on a variety of topics such as career development, learning culture and sharing all platforms within the business. - Responsible for designing, implementing and reviewing L&D/ training and workshops writhing SFS- Coordinating with leadership team to analyse and presenting local SFS engagement surveys.- Early Careers; Managing the recruitment process for apprentices, interns and graduate for SFS including planning their in house induction plansWorking on Skills matrix project

Providing excellent customer service face-to-face while working on counter transactions and helpdesk to answer banking enquires.- Cash Management ; handling cash withdrawals for customers - Responsible for transferring cash (CHAPS and international)- Assisting customers with enquires within their statements and liaising with other departments to get problems resolved (fraud, complaints, debt collections)- Providing information regarding money/debt management - Managing daily/weekly audit reports - Handing and managing cash for the entire bank; reconciling ATM machines, cashiers tills and G4S)
