As a Trust Intern, I completed a variety of projects within each sector of this department. I mainly worked within the Oil&Gas sector where I became skilled in the software program "Petridata."​ The Oil&Gas department was having issues with organizing their reports into correct sections, so I updated every one of the 300 company reports with a new, more logical system. I grouped the reports into five main categories based on the type of asset. The employees of the department can now access the reports much easier and can therefore maintain an even higher level of customer satisfaction. I also shadowed the CEO of the company as well as the project manager and was able to sit in on investment and board meetings. Through these experiences, I learned how the entire department functions and how each member of the team is a key component to the company's success.

In Dr. Mathur's medical office, I filed and archived charts and worked directly with patients and answered phones. I helped to increase the office's efficiency by scanning in the 30 most regular patient's files into the computer system. The clinic could then start the process of going paperless and save time finding papers for each patient. I really enjoyed the patient interaction aspect of this job. I was able to witness people enjoying a better quality of life because of the work done in the medical clinic.
