Sr. Client Success Manager
CurrentFrontline of client satisfaction, adoption and renewals. GTT Client Success Mgrs manage over 60% of the company’s revenue. Provide exceptional client service and act as the client advocate in the organization with the goal of measurably improving client satisfaction.Coordinate quarterly (QBR), monthly or weekly business review meetings for the named accounts as required.Provide feedback to operational departments for areas of improvement.Engage Executive Management in both areas of major opportunities and risks.Support assigned client and sales managers.
