Key contributions and projects:• GIS Specialist for SFO Shoreline Protection System Evaluation Project - Received over 600 geocoded site photos from field staff that documented existing site conditions. The photo coordinates were translated into the Airport's SFO-B coordinate system and joined to a database rating system built around the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) format. Made presentations of Web maps and the GIS database to SFO Airport Engineering and then delivered the system to SFO Airport Information Technology (IT) staff for integration into their servers. Engineers use this data as a tool to assist in prioritizing repairs and improvement projects. o Software used: Esri ARC GIS, Civil 3D. • GIS Specialist for the Port of San Francisco Port Seawall Resiliency Study - Reviewed and identified information gaps in data received from Utility Companies. Compiled shape files of validated existing utilities and updated our GIS system developed for analysis. Generated maps of GIS and CAD data to feed into project reports used for design and upgrade of "Critical Facilities" deemed priority services to remain operational in the event of catastrophic Earthquakes / Flood occurrences.• Civil 3D Technical Expert: Coordinated with AECOM and San Francisco's Bureau of Engineering (BOE) engineers to take contractor markups of field changes and generate AS-Built (Record) drawings for the Calaveras Dam project. Developed an Excel Spreadsheet for tracking updates, addressing additional clarifications and getting approvals for modified drawings. Once the procedures were established, provided training and handed off to support staff to finish the Record drawing submittals.• Civil 3D Technical Expert: Provided hands-on support, advice and mentoring to all levels of personnel

• Manager for Talesun’s USA Engineering department. Operated lean and supervised 2 Solar PV application engineers. We provided technical support to a group of 5 full time Sales Managers. Reviewed estimates and provided input for customer proposals. • Accomplishments included contract negotiations with Posigen, (formerly Green Grants) in New Orleans, LA. We configured 4kW kits of ACPV and DC String Inverter systems for 1000 rooftop installations in New Orleans, LA (total 4 Megawatts). The complete system involved updating installation / owner manuals for the USA market.• Accomplished a new ACPV module with Talesun’s 250W DC Module coupled with Solarbridge’s MicroInverter. Worked with our teams of certification engineers to get CSA listing for the ACPV module and have it added to the CSI database in California.• Other Key Duties: o Create customer proposals and assisted in closing business deals o Assisted sales with technical information and generated referrals for new business o Research and review emerging technologies that might produce partnerships to advance Module sales. o Collaborated with Sales personnel to assess project technical requirements and viability o Oversaw USA revisions and releases of product manuals for Solar Modules manufactured for the US market o Reviewed and identified constraints on project sites and implemented adjustments to promote feasibility and effective results o Encouraged team collaboration and motivated individual employees through positive reinforcement and technical recognition o Generated conceptual site designs, collaborated with customers to gain feedback and directed entire design.

• Managed a team of engineers and designers based in Oakland, CA – part of First Solar's EPC group. Utilized GIS data and procured additional survey / GIS data needed to identify site constraints of Solar PV projects ranging in sizes from 20 Megawatts (MW) to over 500 MW. Standardized repeatable PV blocks and populated delineated buildable areas that met project design criteria to assist Business Development Directors’ production of project proposals. o Successfully led engineering designs for key projects which resulted in Permit approvals from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), local government agencies and municipalities o Participated in review and contributed to First Solar's "Continuous Improvement" strategies o Provided onsite training of staff o Created communication exhibits and suggested strategies to meet client objectives used by Business Development Directors

OptiSolar’ s teams started from a clean slate to develop every aspect of system configuration for Utility Scale Solar Power Plants. Business development directors gained site control over farmlands and desert sites through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) applications.• Key Accomplishments: o Led engineering team and executed over 30 (Thirty) site designs for Utility Scale Solar PV projects in the USA, Canada, France. Notable sites: Desert Topaz (550MW), Desert Sunlight/Center (550MW) o Successfully led key projects which resulted in Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approvals from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), local government agencies and municipalities o Drafted scope of work and requirements for consultants to assist in procuring building permits in Ontario, Canada for our Sarnia Solar Farm. Reviewed proposals and recommended selection of consultants for contracting work. o Provided onsite training of staff that enabled our team to manage over 15 concurrent BLM responses for permit approvals on a tight timeframe for reply. o Created communication exhibits and suggested strategies to meet client objectives used by Business Development Directors o Maintained exceptional attendance record with special attention to punctuality and delivery of work products
