Highly skilled in curriculum design, adult learning theories, training technologies, virtual training, content development and LMS. Expert ability to lead project teams and translate employee development behaviours into high impact learning designs, curriculum, tools and workshops to create an internal and external knowledge transfer. Presently she is the CEO and Founder, KAM Training Services (since 2017) and an IELTS examiner for the past 7 years.She understands every possible facet connected to the training industry, education, English language, examination to convert this into a multi-billion industry.
