At Friends of Simon, I work with ELL and refugee status elementary and high school children in schools across the lower mainland. In specific, as a tutor I focus on integrating literacy based activities to further their reading, writing and oral skills. Furthermore, I assist the students with their homework and most importantly create a safe environment in which they can grow in confident individuals. As a lead, I lead a group of tutors at a site and ensure that the day and all activities run smoothly. I act as the main facilitator between the school site coordinator and the tutors.

Worked as a Research Assistant and Lead Tutor at Friends of Simon. Collected data for the organization from the various sites and create semester-end reports. Additionally, I managed the social media accounts for Friends of Simon and assisted with general administration jobs around the office.

I work with small local businesses and assist them with their social media platforms. I help create a cohesive marketing plan that help my clients gain more business, awareness and followers by posting informative and creative posts daily.

I lead the floor ensuring sales goals are being met. Additionally act as a support to the Brand Ambassadors to ensure the best service is made available to all our guests.

I am responsible for driving sales results and enhancing the customer experience by maintaining a neat and clean shopping environment for customers. Furthermore I am responsible for fitting room support and store recovery, as well as merchandise presentation throughout the store. In addition, i focus on engaging with customers to assist and ensure the best service and help is provided.

At the Wedgewood Hotel and Spa, I assisted the catering manager in a variety of ways. I also assisted in designing banquet menus and preparing media kits. Furthermore, I worked on creating and entering important data into various spreadsheet. Lastly, I was responsible for the Wedgewood Spa, where she managed clients and bookings.
