Overall experience of almost 12 years in Intellimatch Reconciliation and intelliSuite Enterprise (all versions). I have worked in the product support team mainly and have also performed end to end implementations for clients globally. Extensive knowledge in all versions of intelliMatch including 8.x, 9.x, 18.x and even including the latest release which is NextGen 19.x, 20.x and now 21.x. Expert in StorQM Plus which is a report warehouse tool in all versions (4.x, 18.x). My main focus has been in providing support to clients who use intelliMatch and also to my peers like professional services consultants who implement IntelliMatch on client sites. In addition to this role, I have also installed and configured IntelliMatch for various clients as well as for internal training purposes. I have also provided training to clients on various modules of intelliMatch (despite that not being my primary role). I am a certified trainer on intelliMatch and StorQM Plus. I have completed Bronze and Silver accreditation in all versions of intelliMatch. In addition to the rich reconciliation experience, I have also implemented and configured other products like StorQM PLUS and also possess knowledge of Payment Investigation.
