Not just limited to converting spoken words from one language to another, more importantly, I carefully adapting interpretation to service users' cognitive and literacy levels, collaborating with service provider as necessary to achieve positive communication outcome.Furthermore, I anticipate and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices, or behaviours without assuming the role of advocate when breaking down these invisible communication barriers is crucial for solving the problem.
