Design: - logos- brochures - advertisements - social media graphics- other marketing materials- any kind of materials needed on all types of events (corporate, weddings etc.)

- Responsible for the submission and approval of PPAP/initial samples (incl. change management)- Responsible to include customer specific requirements and all important aspects for the customer in the internal product audit check list and to agree boundary samples where necessary- Assures consistency quality indicators (customer ppm, complaints, etc) with the indicators reported by the customer- Customer complaint resolution process and the follow up of related action plans - Management of deviations (product, process) in series production- Responsibility and authority to stop nonconforming products, shipment and/or production- Moderate 8D meetings to identify and eliminate the root causes of nonconform parts- Responsable for the warranty from customer & end-customer

- Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues, including specification inquiries and audits. Lead response and actions associated with customer quality concerns, including complaints, disclosures, and inquiries- Ensure continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations- Create and maintain all required quality guidance for manufacturing readiness, including Quality Plans. Lead identification and maintenance of customer and industry standard failure modes for inclusion in the Product FMEA. Support development, execution and maintenance of the Control Plan to ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements- Lead initial investigation and disposition decisions for Non-Conforming Material (NCM).- Support Receiving Inspection Team requests for clarification on documentation or acceptability requirements.
