The National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) is an independent not-for-profit organisation that advocates giving in Singapore. Our vision is to be a Giving Nation and to cultivate a strong culture of contribution where giving is part of every Singaporean’s DNA. We work closely with other charities, corporates, public sector agencies, institutions as well as the community to build a robust ecosystem to make giving simple, fun and meaningful. My role generates and manage key partnerships in support of the outreach and engagement strategy.We organise meetings and lead in the discussion with stakeholders such as corporates, charities and social enterprises.-Development and implementation of partnership strategies to achieve NVPC’s objective of helping organisations to do good in more strategic, sustainable and impactful ways. Deepen the sense of purpose within organisations and guide their journey in doing good. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Account manage and lead generation.-Represent NVPC as the steward for the City of Good vision, through speaking at industry events, networking with key influencers, industry leaders and practitioners.-Leverage on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to effectively support NVPC’s partnership objectives. Responsible for the adherence to established CRM Standard Operating Procedures.- Project manage for a collaboration with NDP committe to develop annual initiatives to engage partners while achieve company's KPI- Engage NPOs through hosting of events/workshop to provide assistance on Bicentennial Community Fund and Giving.sg usage

Manage and expand the portfolio of Corporate Clients. Building long term business relationships by providing consistent sales services, follow up on inquiries and rapport building. We analyze and strategize sales plan to adapt and cater to the needs of market.

I take care of a 870-seating Concert Hall in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District. Holding the status as a National Monument , we are also the home to our nation's flagship Chinese Orchestra. My team and I handle all matters related to the Concert Hall and its 4 supporting venues within the building. With our team of stage crew and technicians , we provide consultations and assist on executing concert productions. My range of responsibility covers a wide area to ensure smooth running of all events held within Singapore Conference Hall. From managing programming schedule and key accounts, handling Humans Resource matters of my part-time ushers and full-time production team, to overseeing financial aspects of invoicing and credit control and also security/house keeping/facility matters. This is job is awesome for music lovers who has a passion for arts management.
