CurrentResponsibilities:1. Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to Sales Director. Including the responsible for meeting planning and prepare meeting agenda. Responsible for all aspect of traveling arrangement, such as airline and hotel reservations. Manage and check sales’ working calendar. Submit sales director’s expense request in Concur system.2. Support Team’s various report and data analyst report.Including: Make and update Sales Name Account List format. Prepare weekly GCR Security Pipeline Report. Prepare product sales’ weekly Security booking data Report. Prepare commit Report and collect sales profile format and sales review form.3. Support team’s sales activities management.Including the use of salesforce.com, check the status and correctness of every sales in team’s opportunities in Sales force. 4. Order Processing for Product Sales Specialist Team.Including: Check every order after partners submit an order request. Check the end user/ VAD/ Reseller information. Check order’s product, pricing and the discount with Sales Force. Check end user contract when it needed. Help to solve problem and issues with sales and partner during order’s booking period. Follow the order’s till order is in booked status. Prepare Order Tracking Report for team.5. Authorization letter prepare for North China SalesVerify the authorization letter’s approval from sales director and Sales operation. Fulfill the authorization letter and chop the authorization letter. Express delivery the Authorization letter to agencies or Sales. Scan and record the authorization letter.6. Other duties assigned by sales director or team’s sales specialist.
