Operation Specialist and China Desk

Establishing the business for the company from 0 to 1；Taking care of all the aspects of operation for the company both internal andexternal such as recruitment， purchasing materials and machines;Establishing and managing the in‑ and outbound workflows for freighttransport and drop‑shipping；Establishing the long‑term cooperation between the company and logisticsprovider such as DHL, DPD for package service and DSV, DHL Freight,Kühne+Nagel as freight fowarder；Building and holding a harmonius relationships between the company andthe cooperation partner in both German and Chinese market such as logisticscompany, IT services, landlords and the Duisburger City administration；Developing the business and warehousing from 1500㎡ to the most modern10000㎡ warehouse within 5 months in Duisburg；Making operaing reports and the business analysis for the board;Cooperation with colleagues of other branch offices in Netherland, UK andChina;All the tasks are accompolished independently and in teamwork;
