They were open to different methods and process of acheiving a great design. During this training assignment and task was given to them and after the 3-weeks of learning. They all came up with a group project to embark on. It has been an amazing time training this group of Tech-Enthusiasts. In the next 4 weeks, participants will go through an incubatory period where they will deploy the acquired knowledge to solving real life problems. The last 4 weeks have been full of lessons for me in addition to being the trainer. I have learnt how to collaborate better with people with diverse backgrounds and met people from different track wanting to integrate the knowledge to their area of specialization. Show less
