  Worked on a research team to study the thermal debinding and lamination of nanoporous ceramic tapes used in multilayer ceramic capacitors and integrated circuits.Worked on the study of mass and momentum transfer properties of gases through nanoporous ceramic tapes used in various fields including sensors for detection and measurement of gases.Analyzed the transfer properties of gases using media of different pore sizes and uniformities. Research also included permeability analysis and modeling & characterization of flow patterns through the nanoporous substrates.Experimented different chemical recipes for manufacturing nano tapes to achieve desired properties.Worked on the development of a process for casting and laminating nanoporous ceramic tapes.Also supervised and conducted lab experiments with groups of undergraduate students as a teaching assistant for the Chemical Process Measurements laboratory.
