Prepared the company's first position evaluation system and formalized Compensation Plan.
Managed the sourcing, screening, interviewing and qualifying of IT/IS candidates for both Permanent Placement and Contract positions through client companies. Developed a strong knowledge of skill sets for Software Engineers, QA Analysts, Systems Administrators/Architects, and Project Managers; i.e., C/C++, JAVA, OOA/OOD, Microsoft Suite, Oracle Sybase, UNIX, Windows, SQA Suite, WinRunner, Etc; Identified new candidate sources to generate revenue. Developed Technical Recruiters and worked closely with 4 Account Managers to secure contracts with clients.
Managed all Human Resource programs, for talent acquisition, management and retention, compliance for a 5-State area/25 long-term health facilities in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Administered benefit plans and identified new providers for benefit programs. Developed a Regional Committee to formulate the company's first Midwest Wellness Program. Worked closely with the facility Staff Development Coordinators and developed the first "Train-the-Trainer" program for Staff Development Coordinators and First-Line Supervisors for the company. Provided leadership for reviewing and recommending new policies and procedures. Advised on Federal and State regulations and other employment issues.
