This role involves ensuring uninterrupted computer system access for employees by supporting and maintaining their hardware and software requirements, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include diagnosing unique software and operating system issues, providing second-level technical support, and managing a variety of equipment such as workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. The position also entails administering applications, managing software licensing, maintaining system images, and using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for OS and software updates. The role requires collaboration with other departments, serving as a technical resource, engaging with third-party vendors, documenting procedures, providing Help Desk support, and occasionally traveling to branch locations. Additionally, it involves creating and maintaining IT policies and serving as a point of contact for executive staff.

The Census Enumerator role involves conducting in-person interviews with citizens to gather demographic and economic information for the U.S. Census Bureau. Responsibilities include explaining survey objectives, assisting with form completion, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring confidentiality. Enumerators must walk or drive to assigned areas, work flexible hours, and report any issues to supervisors. Key skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, independence, and basic computer proficiency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to walk long distances and manage time effectively.

Serve as the initial point of contact for provisioning and/or maintenance customer inquiries concerning their fiber based voice, data and or video services. Create trouble reports. Provide customers with trouble status. Perform analysis and isolation of trouble conditions. Provide trouble resolution ad closeout when possible. Perform Home Network Equipment support to customers. Negotiate dates, times and access arrangements associated with resolving service order fallout and trouble reports.

Greater Pittsburgh Area

Responsible for providing advanced high-speed technical support via inbound phone inquiries, email, and/or instant messaging. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues and communicates with helpdesk to resolve complex issues/problems. Provides technical assistance to insure a positive customer experience. Ensures adherence to the Comcast Quality Experience (CQE). Completes work assignments independently or with minimal supervision/guidance and may act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
