I managed relationships with game developers and technology companies creating opportunities including integration of proprietary software, co-marketing campaigns, sales bundles, and other cross promotions globally. - Lead the strategy and execution for partnerships working alongside multi-disciplinary teams in engineering, product management, creative production, sales, and marketing.- Initiated and negotiated hardware partnerships leading to expansion of Corsair’s software ecosystem by creating software integrations with Nanoleaf, Philips Hue, MSI and more leading to over 200 million social impressions- Managed integration with Google’s ChromeOS platform including development of a Progressive Web Application to allow advanced control of Corsair devices on Chromebooks- Created and presented monthly decks to executives about technology trends and which hardware companies we should be pursuing for partnership to further our software adoption- Managing a large budget with KPI tracking and reporting to the executive team- Directed CORSAIR team responsible maintaining relationships and fulfilling obligations with contracted esports organizations

I designed and led the game developer program (iCUE Dev) which maximized adoption of Corsair’s software and created cohesive global partnerships with game developers ranging from AAA to Indie. - Created and led the iCUE Dev program for 5 years including development of project milestones, budgets, and communication systems between multi-disciplinary internal and external teams- Partnered with over 30 game developers ranging from AAA to Indie, driving technical education and identifying opportunities to drive software adoption- Launched 37 indie/AAA game titles with Corsair software integrations and co-marketing campaigns- Designed and orchestrated co-marketing plans for game partnerships including The Division 2, Metro Exodus, Sifu, Plague Tale Requiem, and Far Cry 6 yielding over 300 millions of impressions and increased sales.- Compiled and distributed weekly updates on integration status to developers, publishers, and internal teams- Conducted QA testing to verify feature and milestone completion- Coordinated and oversaw the development of Unreal Engine and Unity Engine plugins to expedite Corsair’s software adoption- Created and presented monthly decks to executives about game trends and which titles we should bepursuing for partnership

I managed Corsair’s events partnerships for major trade shows including the management of loaner inventory and co-marketing activations.- Created systems to monitor location and stock of 4,000+ loaner peripherals across three continents- Communicated extensively with event organizers like PAX and E3 to handle mass distribution of loaner product while staying within budget juggling drayage fees, shipping fees, and advanced warehouses - Managed contracts and negotiated product loan agreements to ensure best rates and maximum return in the form of on-site branding, social promotion, and product placement

- Planned IEEE Regional Conference hackaton including competition scenarios and 20 fully sponsors PC workstations- Advocated and promoted the brand of CORSAIR on WVU’s campus leading to sales of over 80 units of peripherals
