I used my former skills with ICT-systems to develop and improve our processes and ways of work. We have implemented Office365 migration, new network infrastructure including on-premise and cloud services and tools. I have developed and implemented Odoo ERP system to be used in Noise House Oy. The main challenge in implementing the ERP system was the fact that Noise House Oy does business in multiple industries.One of my main goals was implement CRM-processes to improve communication with clients and improved the risk management process.

I started work as CEO and after working a while as a CEO, I continue my work as Chief of Development.

I worked in multiple positions at Kelas ICT-department. I started working with legacy batch programs (PL/I). After that I did made thesis research about replacing legacy batch programs with Java technology and its performance impact on batch programs.On late 2009 I started working with application lifecycle management (ALM) tools and processes. I have been working with multiple ALM tools over the years from IBM Rational and Jazz-platform to Atlassian tools. I worked as main admin on these platforms and coordinated how we should use these tools across the Kela.Two main processes that I have been developing during the years I was working on Kela was the software lifecycle process and project management process and how it should support software development process as much as possible.I have been working on multiple application development tools tendering projects and worked as project manager on projects we had around the application lifecycle management tools and processes. I also coordinated and managed the use of sub-contractors in application development tools area.
