Working on the CEE (Customer Experience and Engagement) team to support our Customers with issues on some of our products in their environments. Working on the support team of Application servers I was able to contribute with the restructuring of the middleware architecture, implementing a new dynamic structure with high availability and using microservice to modulate the systems.During my actuation, I worked with IBM Websphere MQ integrated with JBoss and with specific cryptography hardware to get the data security in the environment.Due to a high complexity environment and the high numbers of JBoss servers in the environment, I developed a specific application to monitor all the health of the JBoss using CLI with Java. The application was developed using JSF and a responsive monitor to the users.That application was developed specific to this project, but it has grown to become the main monitor system of the company.

Working with middleware consultant for Red Hat partner company.I have done configuration, monitoring, and improvements in a lot of company that use JBoss EAP 5 and 6.Created a new environment for some customers, using knowledge and background information.Monitoring environments using profile tools and the JBoss Operation Network (JON) to found the root cause of the customer's issue.Code refactoring to the best practice of the JEE.Continuous integration using Jenkins to integrate systems and environments. Created some cluster environments with a load balancer and high availability.
