My name is Žana Kukanja and I'm Project manager in SiMO Experience agency. I'm working in the Erasmus+ projects for VET learners and staff for the past 3 years. As one of the co-owners of former agency I managed different mobilities for students and educational staff in different public and private organizations in Ljubljana and in other Slovenian cities. I was responsible for organization of more than 120 mobilities in various fields for students from Finland, France, Lithuania, Portugal and Spain as well as the important delegation visits to represent Slovenian Educational system and VET institutions in cooperation with Slovenian national organizations as Public Scholarship, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, Technology park of Pomurje, GEA college and others.Excellent organizational and managerial skills in a combination with my Erasmus exchange experience are vital for the ability to provide quality mentoring, help students with integration in the new country and support them on professional and on personal level.
