Common examples are they are less resilient, they struggle to communicate with their peers or maybe you feel they are just not as ambitious as before.🏫🏕️Outward Bound uses bespoke immersive residentials to develop these skills over 5 day and 3 day residentials, using incredible locations all over the U.K such as the Lake District, Snowdonia and the Welsh coastline as well as Fort William in Scotland.🏕️🧭I spent over 10 years working as an instructor in Outdoor education including 6 years at Outward Bound so I have seen the development in young people first hand. When I had my own little boy enter my life I moved into helping schools book the right residential for them. 🧭🌊Outside of work I love being out on my stand up paddle board, floating along and enjoying life. 🌊⚽️Alongside this I follow my beloved team Plymouth Argyle.....
