Full stack .NET development. Using C# for the back end and Aurelia for the client.

Understanding and utilizing DevOps tooling.

I was a developer in an agile team which required understanding, reviewing and updating the source code. This was done via stories for each sprint. I mainly worked with C# within ASP.NET MVC, however also used HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery.

Working as a functional test analyst, involved many testing tasks and other responsibilities:- Having an in depth knowledge of the client software I was testing. - Understanding the clients requirements and writing test cases to check that the software achieves these requirements.- Running these tests on the software and also checking communication with other applications.- Communicating with the client in reference to defects found and test progress. - Keeping track of test progress by keeping ALM (HP Application lifecycle management) up to date. - Writing up test documents: Detailed test plan, Test outcome report etc.

This was a desk-side support role which includes a wide variety of different tasks including:- Day to day support of many AIX and Windows servers- User ID management.- Software installation and recording.- Patch management.- Service request management

I was a sales advisor on the technical team, with also included technical support and guidance.
