• Collaborate to define and agree the Away Resorts Retail strategy and communicate the plan effectively to the board of directors.
• Drive involvement with HR, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance to ensure smooth running of all points of sale.

• Full accountability for the total P&L performance of 3 units, whilst driving operational excellence.
• Provide inspiring leadership whilst delivering company brand standards and values.
• Responsible for driving customer satisfaction results.
• Analysing data to reduce costs, maximise sales and increasing profitability across 3 stores.
• Monitor competitor activity and local trading patterns and react accordingly.
